With Hilsoft’s non-stop initiative to keep the best and brightest people, the company updates its entrance exam and aptitude tests. The company enhanced a lot of aspects including numerical, verbal, non-verbal and logical reasonings. These tests were introduced to the existing team and the company was satisfied with the results. “We have identified areas of improvement within the existing team, particularly on the soft skills. We wanted to bring out their talents and personality through consistent training and communication. We wanted to engage with our team,” Mr. Hilario said.
Moreover, Hilsoft is also introducing a new activity for the team. This is for each engineer to come up with a product idea or enhancement of their choice. This shall be assessed and shall be lined up at Hilsoft Labs. The company will give a percentage of their time each week to have the liberty to work on any of the projects.
